In this short video I will cover what Diastases Recti is and how to check if you have it. Please don’t panic if you do, I am here to help and will continue to post more helpful exercises to help you become a stronger and fitter mummy.

In this short video you will learn some exercises to work on that will help repair your diastases recti and also which exercises you should be avoiding.

Do make sure though that you have had your 6 week postnatal check up by your doctor or midwife and have been given the all clear to start exercising again. If you’ve had a c-section, make sure you are 12 weeks postnatal before you start any new exercise programme.
