These high intensity interval training workouts have been designed to get you working as hard as you can throughout the session using just body weight. You will train in intervals of 20 to 45 seconds followed by small rest times of 10-30 seconds for recovery.
You will become fitter, leaner and stronger if you perform HIIT workouts regularly of 2-3 times per week.
Short home workouts of less than 35 minutes are all you need!
